We cannot accept returns on parts that have been opened, used or installed. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. No returns on non-stocked or special order items and certain electronics. Prior authorization must be given before any return can be made. Please call or e-mail us for a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase date, and must be in original unopened packaging. A 20% Restocking Fee may be applied. Returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice AND a completed return form or they will not be honored.

All of the products sold by MTS Inc., regardless of the manufacturer, are designed for Racing and Performance applications. Many of our manufacturers offer NO WARRANTY on their products, either expressed or implied, due to the stresses placed on the parts. We therefore cannot extend or offer any warranty on products we resell as we have no control over how they are installed and used. Many of these products are designed for off-road use only and are not legal for use on public highways. If you have a question about the warranty on a specific product, please contact us. Buyer assumes all risk and liability associated with products purchased from us.

Shipping and insurance are additional on each item unless otherwise specified. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions regarding shipping charges on a specific product. Customers that refuse shipments will not be shipped to again and are subject to a 20% restocking fee AND all return shipping charges.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses, and some international orders may be shipped via US Mail. These orders may be subject to additional charges over the shipping charges listed on our on-line order form. Any order over $150 that is shipped via US Mail will incur a $10 service charge over regular shipping. Please e-mail if you would like more information on this.

Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx will receive tracking numbers via e-mail after the order has shipped.
