The 2005 Legacy GT stock turbo is the IHI VF40 turbocharger, which uses a different compressor housing than other Subaru turbos, making it impossible to use a standard fitment Subaru style turbo with the new Legacy.
The Zilla series uses the TD06 high-flow turbine wheel for optimum top end performance with slightly more lag than the TD05H series.
As with all of Deadbolts Zilla series turbos, this turbo is a bolt-on turbo, including coolant supply lines, coolant banjos, banjo seals, (oil and water cooled models only) oil return line with new gasket, AND stainless steel downpipe studs. Which other manufacturers attempt to sell at extra profit. It comes standard with the Deadbolt Monster Port(TM), Black Xtreme(TM) coating on turbine housing, and grey ceramic on compressor housing, as well as Deadbolt's FREE REBUILDS FOR LIFE plan!
Available with external or internal wastegate.
